1. I/We want affiliation from "WELRED FOUNDATION" for my/our institute/centre/firm/company/NGO to run the WELRED FOUNDATION's Skill Development Programme through Computer Training and I/We am/are fully satisfied with the WELRED.
2. I/We am/are authorized for every responsibility and liability of my/our institute/centre.
3. I/We will not give any guarantee or promise to any student to give or get any job.
4. All documents collected from the WELRED/students will be kept safely/confidentially by me/us.
5. I/We shall abide by present rules and regulations and directions of the WELRED and those, which are enforced from time to time.
6. I/We have read understood and accepted the rules and regulations of the WELRED and agree to abide by them. If I/We violate any rules and regulations of the WELRED, The WELRED will be authorized to cancel the affiliation.
7. I/We understand that all courses are for self-help and self-employment purposes.
8. I/We know WELRED is an autonomous body which is registered under Section 8 (non-profit organisation) of the Company Act. 2013 of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of Govt. of India.
9. I/we will never issue any document/letter/certificate to anyone on behalf of WELRED.
